7. Access
7.1 You will be able to access some services and areas of our website without registering your details with us and certain areas of our website are only open to you if you register. By accessing any part of our website, you shall be deemed to have accepted this legal notice in full. If you do not accept this legal notice in full, you must leave our website immediately.

9.1 In order to produce a CV or User Supplied Literature in the style and format iRecruitJob can use/display to its users, if you submit or upload information (an example might be you submit an application to a job) iRecruitJob may adapt, modify and reword it in a way iRecruitJob considers appropriate for the information so it can be display to its users.
9.2 iRecruitJob shall have no liability to you as a consequence of or arising out of any adaptation, modification or rewording referred to in Clause 9.1 above.
10. Protecting user

However, iRecruitJob will use its reasonable endeavours to keep the personal information it receives about you confidential although nothing in these terms and conditions shall restrict or prohibit iRecruitJob disclosing personal information to users in circumstances where you have expressly or by implication given your consent to do so including for example where you have submitted a job application. iRecruitJob uses your information in accordance with its Privacy and you consent to the use of your information in such way.
11. Service
11.1 iRecruitJob may make changes in or withdraw any of the services described in company literature or our website, and at any time without notice.
11.2 The services which iRecruitJob offers to job seekers are entirely gratuitous and iRecruitJob shall not be obliged to maintain or continue any services offered to job seekers. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, iRecruitJob reserves the right to suspend or cancel the provision of any service to any customer or user for any reason whatsoever.
11.3 iRecruitJob reserves the right to change these terms and conditions of use by changing them on our website.
12. Information

12.6 If you apply for any job or jobs using our services or website you consent to iRecruitJob monitoring and storing the information provided, along with the contents of any email.
12.7 Upon formally using the services of iRecruitJob to recruit staff, companies agree for their logo to be used so iRecruitJob can display companies that are iRecruitJob clients. To have your company logo removed from display, please contact iRecruitJob and it will be removed upon request.

13.1 iRecruitJob does not make any representation as to the security, quality or propriety of any website which may be accessed through the website of iRecruitJob. Linked websites accessed through our website are independent websites over which iRecruitJob does not exercise any control, whether financial, editorial or any other kind and are not in any way endorsed by iRecruitJob.

15.1 For advertising and other submitted literature to iRecruitJob by third parties, it is understood and accepted that it is the third party who is responsible for ensuring that this material complies with all relevant laws and regulations. iRecruitJob takes no responsibility for any error, omission or inaccuracy of this material and does not accept liability in respect of any submitted literature.
16. Trial Periods
16.1 Trial periods of our services are free for users to test some of our recruitment processes, if a recruiter wishes to finalise and recruit candidates the Trial Period ceases and our standard fee is immediately payable.
17. Correspondence
17.1 All correspondence between a Recruiting Company and Job Seeker should be done via iRecruitJob and is confidential, all attempts to bypass iRecruitJob from correspondence is an important and significant breach of these Terms and will be treated accordingly.
18. Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your data
18.1 You accept the risk that data transmitted electronically via services or website or otherwise may be intercepted before reaching its intended destination or accessed by unauthorised third parties and may be exploited unlawfully by such third parties. iRecruitJob does not assume responsibility for guarding against the acts of such third parties and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special or other damage resulting from third parties' interception of or access to data of whatever nature.
19. Liability
19.1 iRecruitJob excludes all liability it may have to you to the fullest extent permitted by law (and whether such liability arises in contract, tort or otherwise) as a result of your use of our services or website or your accepting of a job vacancy obtained directly or indirectly through iRecruitJob.
19.2 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of iRecruitJob for death or personal injury due to its negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
19.3 If your use of material on our website results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment, software or data you assume all costs thereof.
